Abstract

In this video, the executive director of SPARC summarizes the mission and resources provided by SPARC. Through funding from the U.S. Justice Department’s Office for Violence Against Women, SPARC acts as the national resource that provides training and technical assistance related to understanding the nature of and preventing stalking, the development of legislation to counter stalking, the enforcement of stalking laws, and the provision of services to stalking victims. SPARC’s training and resourcing methods are briefly described.
