Content will include an overview of the difference between primary and secondary trauma and describe a three-stage process for coping with STS.
Specifically, presenters will discuss the importance of gaining knowledge about STS, how to recognize it in ourselves and ways to respond.
The presentation will conclude by offering a framework for self-care through awareness, balance and connection.
