This resource guide for the 2018 National Crime Victims' Rights Week (April 8-14) contains sample materials, current statistics, professional artwork, and tutorials designed to assist planning committees in developing and implementing public awareness campaigns for this week and throughout the year.
The theme for the 2018 National Crime Victims' Rights Week (NCVRW) is "Expand the Circle: Reach All Victims," which addresses how those responsible for crime-victims services can better ensure that every crime victim has access to services and support, as well as how professionals, organizations, and communities can cooperate in reaching all victims. The materials in this Resource Guide raise the public's awareness of victims' rights and services, highlight local programs, celebrate the progress achieved, and honor victims and the professionals who serve them. Online access is provided to a full-theme video and theme video clips, along with fact sheets to help raise awareness. Check back for updates or signup for the NCVRW mailing list that notifies you when new materials are available.
