This document consists of four sources of information: (1) comprehensive survey results, where respondents were asked to rate a list of possible DRC goals; (2) sample program materials, from programs in Harris County (Houston), Texas; Hartford, Connecticut; Maricopa County (Phoenix), Arizona; and Hampden County (Springfield), Massachusetts; (3) summaries of researchers' visits to four day reporting programs, each reflecting common features of DRCs as well as distinct individual characteristics (e.g., large size, State or local level of operation, and co-location of services); and (4) a list of contacts at the DRCs that responded to the survey.
