The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) invites applications for the FY 2024 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant and Substance Use Program Overdose Fatality Review Training and Technical Assistance. Public, private, and state-controlled institutions of higher education; nonprofits other than institutions of higher education; small businesses; and for-profit organizations are eligible to apply. Successful applicants receive funding to provide training and technical assistance (TTA) and support collaborations to develop, implement, or expand comprehensive programs in response to the overdose crisis and impacts of illicit opioids, stimulants, or other substances. BJA encourages applicants from agencies that have not previously received BJA funding and convening or governing bodies that can apply on behalf of one or more entities.
