The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) of the Office of Justice Programs (OJP) invites applications for the FY 2024 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Site-based Program. City, township, county, and tribal governments (federally recognized) as well as state governments are eligible to apply. Successful candidates will receive funding to develop, implement, or expand comprehensive programs that address the overdose crisis and the impacts of use and misuse of opioids, stimulants, or other substances. BJA encourages applications from agencies that currently do not have an open and active COSSUP award or have not previously received BJA funding and governing bodies that can apply on behalf of one or more entities. The solicitation also includes tips for success and information about how and when to apply.
