Abstract
Knowledge domains of the instructional unit focus on bribery, perjury, impersonation of a police officer, obstructing a police officer's duties, filing a false police report, refusal to join posse comitatus, unlawful assembly, disobeying a dispersal order, incitement to or participation in a riot, and lynching. The lesson plans include definitions and elements of the particular crime and identify relevant sections of California's Penal Code.
