A DISCUSSION OF FINDINGS COVER THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACT (CETA) PROGRAM OBJECTIVES, CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POPULATION SERVED, THE MATH COMPONENT, THE LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT COMPONENT, HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION AND GED, VOCATIONAL COUNSELING AND EMPLOYMENT.
