Abstract
An organizational chart delineates the structure of the Delaware judiciary. Tables present judicial budgets for fiscal years 1979-82. For each section of the report, information is given describing the particular branch of the judiciary and its personnel. Most sections also present statistical data. In addition to the branches noted above, the report covers the public guardian, law libraries, family court, municipal court, justice of the peace courts, and alderman's courts. Also included are data concerning the violent crimes compensation board, the foster care review board, conferences and councils, projects supported by Federal funds, and court rule changes, as well as legislation enacted by the State legislature that affects the judiciary. Tables and graphs compose most of the report.
