Abstract
It provides information on the organization and personnel of the department, crime statistics on reported and actual crimes, arrest data, juvenile justice data, traffic law enforcement, and Denver demographics. It notes an overall general reduction in crime and attributes it to active citizen group participation with community crime prevention efforts through Neighborhood Watch, Operation I.D., and a public information radio program, 'Crime Stoppers', on unsolved problem crimes that encourages citizen crime reporting. Photographs, charts, maps, and tables are provided.
