PROVIDED ARE HISTORICAL AND LEGISLATIVE CONTEXTS OF THE SUBCOMMITTEE'S INTEREST AND EXPERIENCE IN FEDERAL DATA BANKS. FINDINGS INCLUDE NUMBER OR RECORDS, STATUTORY AUTHORITY, AND AMOUNT OF ACCESS BY THE PUBLIC AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
