THE COURSE BEGINS WITH AN OVERVIEW OF BASIC STYLES, PATTERNS, AND APPROACHES TO LEADERSHIP. TOPICS THEN COVERED INCLUDE CRISIS MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATION THEORY, LEADERSHIP TECHNIQUES, PLANNING, SUPERVISORY CONTROL, AND COMMUNICATION. SPECIAL EMPHASIS IS PUT ON DECISION-MAKING AND ISSUING ORDERS. MATHEMATICAL, COMPUTER, AND OTHER TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THESE TOPICS ARE TREATED ONLY BRIEFLY AT THE PRESENT TIME. --IN GERMAN
