Abstract
COMMENTS ARE MADE ON THE ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR APPELLATE JUSTICE, DEMONSTRATIONS IN APPELLATE COURTS, AND STANDARDS FOR APPELLATE COURT STATISTICS. VIDEOTAPING OF COURT PROCEDURES AND MULTI-TRACK VOICE WRITING ARE AMONG THE TOPICS DISCUSSED UNDER TECHNOLOGY IN THE COURTS. SUMMARIES ARE PRESENTED OF SIX STATE COURT PROJECTS, FOLLOWED BY DISCUSSION OF ASSISTANCE GIVEN BY THE CENTER TO VARIOUS STATES FOR PROJECTS AND PROJECTS STILL IN THE DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE. COMMENTS ARE THEN MADE ON EXPENDITURES AND BUDGET.
