It includes statements, comments, and dialog concerning a variety of issues concerning victims of crime in the United States. Attended by practitioners; victim advocates and service providers; and representative from Federal, State, and local governments, as well as victims themselves, this roundtable discussion was used to plan future government actions and public services for victims of crime. The document is a verbatim transcript of the session as transcribed by OVC.
