              The Oregon State Police reorganized to improve their services to the central Oregon area, began using aircraft patrols as a deterrent in compliance with the 55 miles per hour speed limit, and placed concentrated patrols on secondary highways in areas of high accident rates.
          Abstract
              Statistical data are given on traffic, crime, fish and game offenses, crime laboratory activities, and the Bureau of Criminal Identification. Activities of the divisions of personnel services, communications, and administrative services are noted, along with those of the five districts. Retired members and deaths are listed.
