ALL CADETS PASSED THE STATE POLICE ACADEMY, WITH GRADES RANGING FROM 78 TO 92. THE EVALUATORS STATE THAT ONCE THE CADETS ARE ON THE JOB FOR A PERIOD OF AT LEAST ONE YEAR, OTHER INDICATORS CAN BE USED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION. AMONG THESE ARE CADET RATE OF PROMOTION, NUMBER OF ACCIDENTS, NUMBER OF PUBLIC COMPLAINTS AGAINST CADETS, NUMBER OF OFFICIAL REPRIMANDS, OR NUMBER OF CASES COST IN COURT DUE TO IMPROPER PROCEDURES.
