WITNESSES INCLUDED THE ADMINISTRATOR OF AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION, THE ASSISTANT LEGAL ADVISOR FOR TREATY AFFAIRS OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT, THE PRESIDENT OF THE DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL, THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE ALCOHOL, DRUG ABUSE, AND MENTAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION AND WELFARE, THE ASSISTANCE GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE FOOD AND DRUG DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION, AND WELFARE, AND THE ASSOCIATE COMMISSIONER FOR MEDICAL AFFAIRS OF THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION.
