Abstract
USING GEOMETRIC PROBABILITY, MULTISERVER QUEING THEORY, AND NETWORKS AND ALGORITHMS, THE RESEARCH INTENDS TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE, APPROXIMATELY EQUALIZE WORNLOAD PER CAR, AND PROVIDE ABOUT 50 PER CENT OF STREET TIME FOR PATROL. SIMULATION MODELS ARE IN USE IN BOSTON, CAMBRIDGE, AND QUINCY, MASSACHUSETTS, AND IN WASHINGTON, D.C. AND NEW YORK CITY.
