Abstract
COURT CONSOLIDATION IS ARGUED TO AVOID DELAY, CONGESTION, JUDICIAL SELF-INTEREST, DUPLICATION, AND UNNECESSARY EXPANSION OF COURT FACILITIES AND JUDGES. INCLUDED IS A LIST OF 29 PROCEDURES WHICH COULD BE HANDLED MORE EFFICIENTLY IN A CONSOLIDATED SYSTEM. ALSO INCLUDED IS A LIST OF STATES WHICH ALREADY HAVE A UNIFIED COURT SYSTEM.
