Abstract
MATERIALS INCLUDED COVER THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF VOCATIONAL SERVICE PROVISION. STEPS IN THAT PROCESS USUALLY INCLUDE: CLIENT VOCATIONAL ASSESSMENT; JOB READINESS TRAINING; JOB SEEKING SKILL TRAINING; JOB DEVELOPMENT AND PLACEMENT; AND FOLLOW-UP AFTER JOB PLACEMENT. THE APPENDIXES ARE PRESENTED IN ORDER OF THE EMPLOYMENT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, FROM CLIENT ASSESSMENT TO JOB PLACEMENT TO EVALUATION OF PROGRAM EFFORTS.
