3.17 Remedies for Noncompliance

Hearings and Appeals

Upon taking a remedy for noncompliance, the DOJ awarding agency will provide the recipient with an opportunity to object and provide information and documentation challenging the suspension or termination action (2 C.F.R. ?? 200.341).
