This directory of State justice system officials and organizations was compiled as part of a project designed to help State and local jurisdictions plan and implement programs under the Anti-Drug Abuse Act and the Justice Assistance Act.
Abstract
The project is also intended to support locally-funded efforts in court delay reduction, jail crowding reduction, career criminal/selective prosecution, and general adjudication system improvement programs to accommodate the direct and indirect impact of State and local antidrug abuse activities on State judicial systems. Names, addresses and telephone numbers are given for State chief justices, court administrators, judicial education officers, attorneys general, and planning agency directors. The directory also lists national associations and organizations, Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) technical assistance and training grantees, and BJA staff.
