Descriptions of North Dakota's supreme, district, county, and municipal courts concern court jurisdiction and caseloads. Reports from each judicial district focus on caseload assignment and management issues.
          Abstract
Other sections describe the functions of the Office of the State Court Administrator, supreme court advisory committees, judicial education committees, the State's Legal Counsel for Indigents Commission, the State Bar Board, the Judicial Qualifications Commission, and the Judicial Council. The courts' caseload declined by more than 10 percent because of the reduction in traffic cases filed in the limited jurisdiction courts. Statistical tables, maps, and photographs are included.
