This webinar will provide an overview of the Project ECHO: Overdose Fatality Investigation Techniques (OD-FIT); the content and structure of OD-FIT; the lessons learned from the pilot year; and the information about the upcoming series that will launch on October 26, 2021.  

Upon completion, attendees will be able to:

1) Define the structure and goals of the Project ECHO model. 
2) Describe how and why the ECHO model is an effective learning tool for coroners, medical examiners, and other medicolegal death investigators. 
3) Describe the importance of death reporting for overdose prevention efforts.
