Abstract
The bulletins in the Office for Victims of Crime's (OVC's) Legal Series are intended to an informational resource for victims, victim advocates, victim service providers, criminal justice professionals, and policymakers in States across the Nation. Each Bulleting covers important issues affecting crime victims and highlights situations in which relevant laws are applied.
