Abstract
THE AUTHOR STATES THAT IT IS NECESSARY TO SUPPLEMENT EXISTING VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC LAW CONTROLS BY PROVISIONS FOR THE SCREENING OUT OF ALCOHOLICS AND THEIR REFERRAL FOR APPROPRIATE TREATMENT. EVIDENCE OF CONTROL OVER THEIR DISABILITY SHOULD BE A CONDITION OF PERMITTING THESE DEVIANT DRIVERS TO DRIVE. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT).
