Abstract
The crime statistics reflect the extent of violent crime, property crime, drug offenses, traffic accidents, juvenile delinquency, crime categories, arrestees, offense characteristics, index crimes, and organized crime. Data are also provided on the status of prisons and prisoners that characterize adult and young inmates, training and detention centers for adults and juveniles, drug addiction treatment centers, sentencing, correctional staff, and inmate treatment programs. Data on average daily and year-end inmate populations are included. Tables and figures
