PROBLEMS PRESENTED BY POOR SENSITIVITY OF 'HEAVY METALS' IN BIOLOGICAL MATERIALS AND A FORENSIC COMPARISON OF SOME ALLOYS.
Abstract
SPECIAL REFERENCE IS MADE TO PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH INTERFERENCE FROM CONCOMITANTS (LIGHT SCATTERING). RESULTS OF AN ANALYSIS OF SOME ALLOYS IN CONNECTION WITH SOME INTERESTING CASES ARE PRESENTED. PRELIMINARY RESULTS INDICATE THAT ANALYSIS OF BULLET JACKET MATERIALS MAY BE OF SOME FORENSIC VALUE. (AUTHOR ABSTRACT MODIFIED)
