Abstract
APPENDIX A IS AN ILLUSTRATIVE LIST OF DATA NECESSARY FOR COMPREHENSIVE POLICE PRODUCTIVITY ANALYSIS. THE NATURE AND AVAILABILITY OF THESE DATA ARE DISCUSSED IN APPENDIX B, ALONG WITH PROBLEMS INHERENT IN THEIR USE. APPENDIX C PRESENTS A SAMPLE DATA COLLECTION FORMAT AND A SAMPLE CITIZEN SURVEY PROVIDING INDICES OF FEELING OF SECURITY, VICTIMIZATION, AND GENERAL POLICE-COMMUNITY RELATIONS.
