THE FOLLOWING SELECTED ITEMS ARE COVERED - TYPE OF RELEASE, TIME SERVED SINCE LAST ADMISSION, EMPLOYABILITY, MEDICAL SERVICES, HOURS OF EDUCATION, GRADE ACHIEVEMENT ON RELEASE, PRINCIPAL TYPE OF ORGANIZED VOCATIONAL TRAINING, CORRECTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE, MINOR AND MAJOR DISCIPLINE REPORTS, INMATE'S ATTITUDE TOWARD AUTHORITY AND OTHER INMATES, AND PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES AND CONTRACT.
