Abstract
TECHNIQUES OF TAKING SAMPLES AND PRESENTING TEST RESULTS IN COURT ARE DISCUSSED. THE PRIVILEGE AGAINST SELF INCRIMINATION IS ELABORATED AS IT APPLIES TO CHEMICAL TESTING AND IMPLIED CONSENT LAWS. SPECIFIC CASES ARE CITED THROUGHOUT THE BOOK, AND AN APPENDIX PROVIDES ADDITIONAL CASE LAW THROUGH 1972.
