FOR EACH OF THESE AREAS, RECOMMENDED REFORMS IN THE APPROPRIATE STATUTES ARE SUGGESTED. THE CURRENT STATUS OF METHODS OF DEALING WITH PERSONS IN NEED OF SUPERVISION AND JUVENILE DELINQUENTS ARE REVIEWED; NUMEROUS PROBLEMS ARE NOTED WITH THESE METHODS AND SEVERAL PROCEDURAL CHANGES ARE RECOMMENDED.
