Most of the entries were published in the 1990's up through 1996; however, there are some publications from the 1970's and 1980's. Topics addressed in the publications include victim- offender mediation, restitution, restorative justice principles, alternative dispute resolution, community crime prevention, native justice systems, and victim-offender reconciliation.
