Abstract
TO REDUCE THE FACTORS THAT CAUSE AN INDIVIDUAL TO HAVE A PROPENSITY TO ABUSE DRUGS, TO REDUCE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ABUSE DRUGS BY CUTTING DOWN ON THE SUPPLY OF ILLICIT DRUGS IN THIS COMMUNITY, AND TO TREAT AND REHABILITATE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY BECOME DRUG ABUSERS. PROGRAM CONTENT, PROJECTED RESULTS, COMMUNITY FINANCING, AGENCIES ENGAGED IN DRUG RELATED ACTIVITIES AND FUTURE ROLE FOR THE COMMUNITY DRUG ACTION COMMITTEE.
