Abstract
A SECURITY PANEL IS LOCATED IN EACH APARTMENT AND EACH TENANT MAY TAP INTO THE CENTRALLY-CONTROLLED SECURITY SYSTEM IF HE SO WISHES. THE SYSTEM MONITORS SUCH ITEMS AS REFUSE DISPOSAL COLLECTORS, THE ELEVATORS, HOT WATER TEMPERATURE, AND CALLS FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE.
