Abstract
THIS ARTICLE PROPOUNDS THAT THERE IS A BASIC CONFLICT BETWEEN COMPUTER SECURITY AND THE ACTUAL PERFORMANCE OF THE SYSTEM. ANSWERS TO SECURITY PROBLEMS INVOLVE HARDWORK, CAREFUL COST AWARENESS, AND UNIFIED MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL PROCEDURES. SOME OPERATIONAL SACRIFICES ARE NORMALLY NEEDED...TWH
