Abstract
THE BASIC STRUCTURE OF THE SIMULATION MODEL IS EXPLAINED. THE DOCUMENT PRESENTS A REVIEW OF THE DATA REQUIREMENTS OF THE SIMULATION, THE SOURCES AND METHODS TO BE USED TO SATISFY THESE REQUIREMENTS, AND THE OUTPUT RESULTS OF THE PROGRAMS WHICH HAVE BEEN PREPARED. THE PROJECT SCHEDULE FOR THE PERIOD JULY-SEPTEMBER 1972 IS INCLUDED. THE TECHNICAL APPENDICES CONTAIN SUBROUTINE AND PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS AND SOFTWARE.
