Abstract
OFFENSES ARE SEPARATELY DEFINED AND PLACED IN ONE OF THREE CATEGORIES ACCORDING TO THE MEASURE OF SERIOUSNESS. THE NATURE AND PARAMETERS OF TYPES OF SANCTIONS ARE DELINEATED. PROVISION IS MADE FOR INMATE ADVOCACY THROUGH INVESTIGATION AND HEARING BEFORE A DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE.
