Abstract
This study guide serves as a companion to the textbook, Constitutional Law, 9th edition, by Jacqueline R. Kanovitz and Michael I. Kanovitz. The authors begin by outlining the objectives to be accomplished by the student reading the textbook. The study guide then goes on to offer a sample case brief in order to show the student how to review court cases. Then, each chapter of the study guide provides an in-depth discussion outline of the corresponding chapter in the textbook. The discussion outline is followed by review questions designed to give students a thorough understanding of the main themes of each chapter. Paragraph numbers are presented next to each question so that the student may check their answers in the textbook.
