Abstract
TRAINING WAS DONE IN TWO STAGES. THE FIRST STRESSED ADVERSE EFFECTS OF PUNISHMENT AND ADVANTAGES OF POSITIVE ALTERNATIVES. THE SECOND STAGE INVOLVED TEACHING THE OFFICER THE TECHNIQUES OF BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION. PROJECTS PRESENTED HERE ARE REAL LIFE SITUATIONS, WITH THE SOLUTIONS WORKED OUT IN THE TRAINING SESSIONS.
