Abstract
FOUR MODELS WERE DEVELOPED FOR CORRECTIONAL TRAINING ORIENTATION AND REFRESHER COURSES FOR SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL, AND A SIMILAR SET FOR LINE PERSONNEL. THE PURPOSE OF THE PARTICULAR MODELS DEVELOPED IS TO ORIENT THE TRAINEE TO THE PERCEPTION OF THE OFFENDER AND THUS ALTER ATTITUDES AND BEHAVIOR IN TERMS OF A TREATMENT APPROACH TO THE CLIENT.
