Abstract
TOPICS COVERED IN THE WORK GROUP REPORTS INCLUDE AN EVALUATION OF GAINS AND LOSSES TO THE NATIONAL ECONOMY RESULTING FROM CERTAIN CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, AND NATIONAL ACCOUNTING, COST-BENEFIT ANALYSIS, AND PLANNING PROGRAMMING-BUDGETING SYSTEMS IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE. SOCIAL FORECASTING IN CRIMINOLOGY AND A STUDY OF CRIMINAL LAW REFORMS WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF CERTAIN CRIMES AND SERVICES WERE ALSO DISCUSSED IN THE WORK GROUP SESSIONS.
