Abstract
THE TASK FORCE COMMITTEES WHICH PUBLISH THEIR FORMAL RECOMMENDATIONS IN THIS REPORT INCLUDE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE, EXCLUSIONARY RULE, JUVENILE COURT, JURY REFORM, GRAND JURY, STATE APPELLATE REVIEW, AND FEDERALSTATE RELATIONS. AMONG RECOMMENDATIONS PRESENTED ARE ABOLITION OF EXCLUSIONARY RULE AND THE INSTITUTION OF SIX-MAN JURIES, REQUIRING A 5 MAN MAJORITY.
