Abstract
THE SUBCOMMITTEE EFFORTS HAVE RESULTED IN LAWS CREATING A FEDERAL JUDICIAL CENTER TO STUDY ADMINISTRATIVE PROBLEMS. THE US COMMISSIONER SYSTEM HAS BEEN REVISED. BILLS HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED TO PROVIDE THE COURTS WITH NEEDED MANAGERIAL EXPERTISE ON THE OPERATING LEVEL AND MACHINERY FOR A FAIR AND EXPEDITIOUS EVALUATION OF CHARGES OF JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT OR DISABILITY.
