Abstract
IN THIS WAY THE FRAGMENTATION WHICH THE AUTHOR FINDS IN THE PRESENT SYSTEM COULD BE OVERCOME AND GENUINE UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATION WOULD ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTEGRATED CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM.
