INITIAL CHAPTERS IN THIS BOOK CONCERN THE FOUR TYPOLOGICAL APPROACHES. THE FOLLOWING MATERIAL REVIEWS HISTORICAL AND CURRENT CRIMINOLOGICAL SCHEMES. THE AUTHOR DISCUSSES HIS OWN INDUCTIVE CRIMINAL TYPOLOGY, BASED ON A SERIES OF OFFENDER TYPES FOUND IN A PRISON POPULATION.
