Abstract
EMPHASIZED ARE THE RECOGNITION THAT EVERYONE, NOT JUST CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROFESSIONALS, MUST BECOME INVOLVED IN THE SOLUTION OF CRIME PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE.
