Abstract
THE COMMUNITY TREATMENT PROJECT IS USED AS A MODEL FOR DIFFERENTIAL TREATMENT AND IS BRIEFLY SUMMARIZED. THIS PAPER EXAMINES THE ASSOCIATED TYPOLOGY CRITICALLY IN THE CONTEXT OF BROADER THEORETICAL, METHODOLOGICAL, AND RESEARCH CONSIDERATIONS AS WELL AS CLINICAL CONCERNS SUCH AS TREATMENT EFFECTIVENESS. THE FINAL SECTION PRESENTS THE AUTHORS CONCLUSIONS AND SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE WORK.
