Abstract
THE TELEVISION STUDIO, EQUIPMENT, PERSONNEL, SCHEDULING, AND TRANSMISSION ARE DESCRIBED. THE NEW METHOD OF BRIEFING BY CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION IS ANALYZED, EVALUATED, AND COMPARED WITH MORE TRADITIONAL METHODS.
