Abstract
THE PURPOSE OF THE STUDY WAS TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN THE COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE TRAINING SYSTEM, AS WELL AS FOR A PLAN TO ENABLE THE COUNTY TO MEET ITS FACILITY NEEDS IN THE MOST ECONOMICAL AND EFFICIENT WAY WITHOUT REGARD TO PRESENT JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES. SPECIFIC PROCEDURES AND SEQUENCES USED TO DETERMINE TRAINING FACILITY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE DISCUSSED IN DETAIL.
